Collected by bees from vibrant spring blossoms including dandelions, clover, tulips, rapeseed, phacelia and flowering trees such as hawthorn and cherry plum, it offers a wonderfully light texture and naturally sweet floral flavour.
The result is a beautifully light, smooth honey with a naturally sweet and delicate taste — perfect for drizzling over toast, stirring into tea, or enjoying by the spoonful.
Our honey is 100% pure and natural, carefully kept raw and unprocessed to preserve its natural goodness. It is never heated and contains no preservatives, additives, or artificial ingredients.
